What to expect the training session?


What you will need for your training:

  • A Windows or Mac computer
  • Internet connection (broadband is best)
  • Access to a telephone or cellphone

The day of training you will need to call us to start the session. Please dial one of the following numbers:

Upon calling, you will be emailed a link to download a program that will allow us access to your computer.

To start the session:

  • Click on the link emailed to you.
  • When prompted, run the GoToAssist program by clicking "Run."
  • You will be asked to join/approve the GoToAssist session. Click "Yes."
Once the program is up and running, we will begin the session.

Training takes approcimately one hour to complete.
